Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
Q.HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
If you want to use a coupon on Truegamers, you can add it on the same page where you submit payment.
Find your coupon code
If you received a coupon from Truegamers, you will find the coupon in your Whatsapp. At the moment, these coupons don’t automatically show up on https://Truegamers.com.my
Use a coupon
- On the checkout page for a reservation, click Coupon code near your subtotal.
- Enter your code.
- Click Apply.
There are a few things to know about using coupons:
- Only one coupon can be used for a reservation.
- If your coupon has expired, there is no way to re-activate it.
- Coupons can only be used once. If you cancel a reservation that used a coupon, the coupon is also no longer valid.
- We only accept coupons issued by Truegamers.
- If you don’t use the full amount of a coupon, you won’t receive the difference.
- The coupon is valid with a minimum spend RM80
- Coupons can't be applied retroactively.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
- Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?

Truegamers.com.my aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. We wll have your items shipped to you as fast as possible However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame .
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery dates we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the carrier may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection.
To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
